LinkGather - WordPress Plugin



This WordPress plugin shows you how to export the URL's for all your websites articles in Excel format.

LinkGather for WordPress

When you have installed and activated the plugin, you are ready to start using it.

Instructions


A new tab on the left side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different pieces available for you:

Click on the Home link, this will take you to the plugins home page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Click the Post Links title to navigate you to the page that will reveal all of your blog sites published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few links in it.

You will now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

Underneath the link list, you should see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in Google Spreadsheets design.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of bringing get more info back published URL, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for wp.me Links is again exactly the same method as get more info those above, however, JetPack Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URL.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack URLs that it has gathered:
